4 Simple Ways to Practice Loving Yourself

Do you ever dream of a day all to yourself? Often with our hectic schedules, we don’t take time for ourselves. We just run around from task to task, often caring for others before ourselves. While it’s great to give your time and love to the important people in your life, you also need to practice loving yourself to avoid burnout. Whether you have a full day or mere minutes, here are a few ways to show yourself the love.

  1. Give thanks. Being grateful for yourself, your loved ones, and the amazing body that allows you to do it all really puts things in perspective. Take a few minutes in the morning while you are getting ready to list some of the things you are grateful for. You can also start a gratitude journal. Make it a daily habit to remind yourself how great you are!
  2. Pamper your skin. Massages and pedicures are great, but how about trying something a little longer-lasting? Our COVID-19 Safety Plan includes everything you need to know for your upcoming appointment and can be found on the Appointments page. Here are a few highlights we are asking all clients adhere to:

  • Masks are required to enter the building, in the waiting room and during some treatments.
  • If you are feeling unwell, reschedule your appointment. There are no penalties for rescheduling appointments, however we do ask you notify us as soon as possible to open the space for other clients
  • Come alone. Please do not bring any additional people with you, including and especially children. Please make childcare arrangements as it is unsafe for children to be in our clinic.
